We are committed to quality and all your Ariva jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch. Given all jewellery is handmade, some imperfections are by design and not defects. If, however, you notice any damage or in case of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you.

Please reach out to us using our email at arivalondon@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem. For hygiene reasons, we don't offer any exchanges on purchases.

Before we ship your order, we inspect the piece thoroughly. Your chosen pieces are then packed with love and shipped within 2-3 working days

You will also receive personalized confirmation on receipt of order as well as once shipping has been done to keep you informed. Most parcels should arrive within 5-7 working days - timelines could vary depending on the dispatch.
